If you are locked out of your account, start the process of securely unlocking it right from the Marketplace log in screen.
To initiate the process:
- Click on Need help signing in?
- Select “Unlock account?”
- Enter your email/username.
Once completing these steps, you'll see a message confirming that an email “with instructions on unlocking your account” has been sent to the email address associated with your account.
Look for the following “Okta Account Unlock Requested” email in your inbox and select the Unlock Account button. (The recovery link it launches will expire in one hour.)
