On your main landing page, on the left, you should see a section called, "My profile" - and next to it, links to edit. Follow the link and fill out your profile. Please make sure to include your entire work history and educational background, including any non-academic certificates etc that you might have obtained.

Also, write out a profile summary, which should be a detailed (3 paras) write up about what you have done, your skills, functions, geographies and companies that you've worked with. The more information you provide, the easier it would be for our algorithm to match you with our clients.

Once that's done, please select the keywords that match your profile - they are for countries, industries and skills that you're associated with.

Click save and you're done.
